TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Flower arrangements, flower colors, and wrappers featured on our website may vary depending on availability.
- Occasionally, flower arrangements shown on our website may differ. Due to seasonal factors, the color of flowers, types of vases, bears, chocolates, and balloon shapes/designs may not always be in stock. To maintain our high standards of quality, substitutions may be made with flowers of equal or higher value to ensure timely delivery. We will make every effort to minimize the need for substitutions.
- The bloom stage of flowers may vary depending on the season and supply. Recipients may receive partially bloomed buds or fully opened flowers.
- Flower fillers, such as additional flowers or leaves used to complement the arrangement, may also vary based on seasonal availability. Examples of fillers include mums, buttons, alstroemeria, baby’s breath (angel’s breath), statice, ferns, heather, and delphinium, among others.
- For provincial orders and deliveries, clients are advised to place orders for Imported Flowers and Ecuadorian Roses at least 2 days in advance to ensure availability of specific varieties and colors.
